What age is the Trailforge for?

Children aged 6 and up, with a maximum load of 132lb (60kg). It suits kids who've outgrown a 12V or 24V ride-on and are ready for real driving controls.

9-14 km/h (5.6-8.7 mph) across two speed settings. Start on the low setting until your child is confident with the steering.

Can it really carry two children?

Yes. This is a genuine 2-seater with a 52cm wide bench seat and a three-point safety belt for each rider.

Does it come with a parent remote control?

No — this model does not include a parent remote. It's designed for children 6+ to drive themselves, using the variable-speed throttle pedal, electronic brake pedal, and forward/reverse controls.

What safety features does it have?

A three-point safety belt for each rider, soft start/soft stop to avoid sudden jolts, and a dedicated electronic brake pedal separate from the throttle.

Should I supervise my child while they ride?

We recommend adult supervision, especially while your child is still learning the throttle, brake, and steering.

How long does the battery last on a charge?

Expect 45-60 minutes of continuous riding on flat ground with a 60kg load, and 25-45 minutes on grass, where the motors work harder.

How long does the battery take to charge?

A full charge takes 8-12 hours. Always charge fully before the first ride.

What's the battery and motor spec?

A 36V 9Ah battery powering dual 200W motors.

Does it run on grass and uneven ground?

Yes — dual rear suspension and 35cm EVA foam tires give it traction and comfort across grass, gravel, packed dirt, and uneven yards, with mild slopes well within reach.

Is it hard to assemble?

No. It ships largely pre-assembled, and most families finish setup in 30-45 minutes with basic hand tools and the included manual.

1x Trailforge UTV main body, 1x 36V charging box, and 1x instruction manual.

How long does shipping take?

Orders process within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 3-5 days. Every order ships free, no minimum required.

What's your return policy?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging — approved returns include a prepaid return label, no shipping cost to you.

What is covered by the warranty?

A 6-month parts warranty from your delivery date. The first 3 months covers full manufacturing defects; months 3-6 cover free replacement of common small parts.
